立地と部屋の色使いなどのセンスがとても良いです。フロントまでに階段があるためスーツケースを運ぶのは大変でした。でも運ぶのを手伝ってくださってとても助かりました。ナタやワインのサービスも嬉しかったです！リスボン一人旅のホテルには最適でした！

nice clean modern room in very very very central of Lisbon(heart of tourist area) , 2 mins walking to metro station (baixa chiado) , very Friendly staff they even updated room for me, if there is a whole body mirror in the room that would be perfect, but still worthy the price , would recommend.

Шикарное расположение. Спасибо девушке Таисии, все объяснила на русском языке. Было приятно получить в качестве комплимента бутылочку вина и паштель де Ната. Из минусов - очень не хватало холодильника! И второй минус - залог, на случай поломки чего то в номере. Хотелось бы о таких вещах знать заранее и быть к этому готовой! А так все прекрасно! Могу советовать данный отель!

The hotel is perfectly located in the city centre, just 1 mins away from the metro station. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the room’s design is not very user friendly, as the entrance floor tends to get wet after a shower.

酒店就在奧古斯都廣場附近，交通十分便利，眾多市區景點都在步行距離內。門面不大，就是普通民居一樣的門口，要按門鈴打開木門後才見到位於門廳裡樓梯旁的前台。上一層樓梯後就可以坐電梯到房間。工作人員服務熱情，房間衞生也不錯，床很舒服。儘管樓下就是鬧市區，但是窗子一關屋裡就很安靜。連住了三晚，滿意👍

Highly recommended! This hotel has the perfect location—right in the city centre, within walking distance to tourist attractions, and surrounded by great food options. Getting around was super easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Although we arrived around midnight due to a late flight and the reception was already closed, they had sent us a message beforehand with all the check-in details, so we were able to self check-in without any issues. During our stay, we had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door, but the staff still kindly messaged us to ask if we needed fresh towels or bottled water—such a thoughtful touch. The room itself was very clean, modern, and the shower was excellent. Staying here honestly felt like coming home. Highly recommended!

Room was much spacious than I thought. Also 24/7 Conceirge even though the description said otherwise. Staff was much helpful!! Complimentary mint infused water, coffee and tea at all times. Recommend!

Очень понравилось! В самом центре достопримечательностей, кафе, рестораны, всё в пешей доступности! Супер кровать, супер подушки ! На приветствие подарили бутылочку вина и сладости, было очень приятно!Душ с двойным краном и зеркалом- класс. Есть чайник, принадлежности (чай, кофе, ложки, кружки). Конечно, спасибо за воду! Её пополняют.

Basic room for the price to be honest. Great location but everything else very basic. Strange design with shower on one side and toilet on the other and the sink in the bedroom. So you will def wake your bf or gf up..If you need to go to the bathroom your partner will definitely hear you as it's just a glass door. I left my jacket there and no one ever answers the phone so I left a msg with sister hotel and of course no one ever got back to me. Kinda annoyed. You are better off spending your money else where. There's some homeless hanging outside at the front sometimes
